Just thought I would post some family needs and prayer requests and thanksgiving for members of our family....we are thankful for Mindy's continued healing after her appendectomy and for circumstances that led to her surgery being done in a timely manner....not having to deal with an emergency situation while traveling! We pray for continued strength and healing. We are thankful for Hannah and Brandon's quick handling of diagnosing GERDS and getting help for Ben. And we pray for his healing and that the medicines he is taking wil be effective. We are thankful for Jenny's successful surgery for removal of her gall bladder and we pray for continued healing and strength for her. Presently Shepherd is in Wolfson Children's Hospital with a preliminary diagnosis of Viral Meningitis. Further testing in the next couple of days will confirm whether it is viral or bacterial. We pray for his healing and comfort and for the doctors who will be ministering to him....and in all things we give God praise for his love and mercy endures forever! Love, Linda

Jenny sounded good when I talked to her the other night and so glad that everything went well with her surgery. We all are praying for Shepherd. It was good news that his fever has come down some and hope today that he will feel even better. Keep us posted.
Linda, we prayed for Shep in our Sunday School class yesterday morning and will continue to keep him in our prayers. I didn't know about Jenny but glad she seems to be doing better. We're coming down this Saturday and hopefully get to see everyone this time. Keep us posted on Shepherd.

I hadn't heard about Bennet's tummy problems OR about Jared's baptism - yay for his diagnosis and for Jared's exciting journey! Thank you all for praying for Shep - he is getting spoiled rotten right now! :) Keith - we would love to see you guys this weekend. Assuming Shep is all better by then, we'd love to come down and see ya'll!
